Adam Chu is an independent filmmaker and video artist whose work blends visual experimentation with personal and observational storytelling. A 2012 graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), he earned his BFA in Film, Video, New Media, and Animation (FVNMA). Born in Elmhurst, Illinois, and a former United States Marine, Chu approaches his craft with both discipline and curiosity. Since beginning his freelance career in 2009, he has produced a range of experimental videos and short films that explore perception, movement, and the emotional resonance of everyday experience.
